White’s Grilled Flounder with Lemon Mustard Butter
Salt & Pepper
2 X Whole Flounder 400-500 Grams
1 Tspn Dijon Mustard
Juice of Half a Lemon
3 Tbsp Butter
Season flounder with salt and pepper.
Pre heat non stick pan or a pan with a Tbsp of butter to a medium/high heat. Grill Flounder on each side for approximately 4 minutes.
Melt butter and mix with mustard and lemon, spoon mixture over founder once cooked
