Sardines Oven Roast

Serves 4


16 Fresh Sardines (Head and guts removed)
2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
1 Cup of fresh bread Crumbs
1 Tsp of cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
Olive Oil


Place sardines on baking tray. In a bowl mix parsley, breadcrumbs,
cayenne pepper, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle mixture on
top then sprinkle olive oil over top.
Bake for 10–15 minutes. Then serve.
