Grilled Mussels with Parmesan Cheese
24 Half shelled mussels
175 mls Double Cream
25 Grams Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Pre-heat grill to high. Place mussels on baking tray and spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream over each mussel. Season with black pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top of each mussel and grill until golden. Then Serve.
