White’s Seafood Crepes

Ingredients

1pkt French Style Crepes

250 Grams Marinara Mix

1 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp Plain Flour

1 Cup Milk

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1 Tbsp Chopped Cheese

1 Tbsp Chopped Parsley

Salt & Pepper

Method

Preheat oven to a  moderate heat.

Fry butter until soft.

Add plain flour and cook for 1 minute stirring  continuously.

Gradually stir in the milk, bring to the boil. Add marinara mix stir until combined, simmer for about 10 mins.

Add parsley, cheese, salt & pepper.

Take off the heat.

Prepare crepes according to the packet.

Place spoon fulls of seafood on crepes.

Then roll up & place onto a baking tray.

Bake crepes for 10 mins.

Serve with lemon wedges.
