White’s Prawn’s on Toast


500 Grams Austrtalian Raw Prawn Cutlets

1 Egg

2 Tbsp Cornflour

1 Spring Onion

Oil for frying

White’s Prawn’s on Toast

Remove back vein, cut down the back, gently flatten out prawn.

Combine beaten egg with cornflour, salt and pepper, add prawns mix well.

Remove crust from bread cut into half, put one prawn cut side down one each piece of bread gently flatten prawn with finger, rub over prawn lightly with left over cornflour mixture.

Top with chopped spring onion.

Heat oil, fry gently until golden 2 to 3 mins.

Serve with plum or sweet chili sauce.
