White’s King George Whiting
8 Single Fillets of Whiting
200 Grams Crab Meat
1/2 Cup Spring Onions chopped
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Mix together egg, crab meat, mustard and spring onion.
Spread an even layer of crab mixture over whiting fillets.
Roll up whiting and secure with a sharp tooth pick.
Deep fry or shallow fry in a pan with 1/2 inch of oil and cook on a medium/high heat for 3 minutes each side.
Serve with garden salad.
Note: Whiting can also be coated with bread crumbs which will hold mixture together.
