Grilled Mussels with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

24 Half shelled mussels

175 mls Double Cream

25 Grams Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Grilled Mussels with Parmesan Cheese
Method

Pre-heat grill to high. Place mussels on baking tray and spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream over each mussel. Season with black pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top of each mussel and grill until golden. Then Serve.

This family favourite recipe can be altered to create your own. Simply change ingredients eg: Kilpatrick -add bacon & worcestershire sauce
