White’s Smoked Cod Pie

Ingredients

500 Grams Smoked Cod ( sliced )

1 Cup Milk

2 Hard Boiled Eggs ( sliced )

2 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Flour

Salt & Pepper

1/2 Cup Spring Onion ( thinly sliced )

500 Grams Mashed Potato

2 Tbsp Grated Cheese

Method

Arrange fish in a greased baking dish with egg and onion.

Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in flour and cook until bubbly.

Add milk slowly stirring all the time bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper.

Then pour over the fish, egg and onions.

Cover with mashed potato, top with cheese and bake at 200 o C for about 20 minutes or until golden.
