White’s Kippers on Toast with lemon dill butter
20 Grams Fresh Dill roughly chopped
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 Cup Unsalted Butter (250 grams)
Bread For Toast
1 Sliced Tomato
Combine all the dill, lemon and butter ingredients.
Then place on cling film roll up to form a cylinder.
Chill until required.
Fry kippers for about 2 minutes, serve on toast with tomato, top with a slice of lemon and dill butter.
