Curried Flake

Ingredients

8 pc Flake
1/2tbs Corriander Seeds
1/2tsp Fennel Seeds
1/4tsp Ground Cummin
1 Brown Onion, Finely chopped
2 Cloves Garlic
1/2tsp Paprika
1/4tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2tsp Turmeric
1/2tsp Salt
2tbs Butter
1tsp Corn Flour
4 cups Coconut Milk

Method

Step 1. Melt butter in heavy base frypan add onion and spices,
cook gently for 5 minutes.
Step 2. Add coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes
‘note’ if sauce is too thin add corn flour.
Step 3. Arrange flake in sauce, simmer gently for 7-10 minutes and serve.
Note – Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
Note – Add a selection of green vegetables to dish for a variation.
