White’s Crabs with Chilli, Lime & Ginger Sauce

Serves 2


4 Sand or Blue Swimmer Crabs – Raw
1 Jar Chilli, Lime and Ginger Sauce (sold in store)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Chopped Chives
1/4 Cup Spring Onions


Prepare crabs ( see overleaf ). Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Cook
crabs for approximately 5 minutes then add chilli, lime and ginger sauce
and cook for a further 10 – 12 minutes.
