White’s Baby Octopus
1 Kg Cleaned Baby Octopus
1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
2 Cloves Garlic diced
Pinch Chilli Flakes
3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 Cup Black Olives
Combine octopus with 1/4 cup red wine vinegar and oregano
in a small saucepan. Cover and cook over a low heat for about
1 hour or until tentacles tear away easily. Drain octopus and cool.
Toss with remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
